One idea for making your social media space less stressful is to ask yourself what does it add to your (offline) life.


When you reach for your phone or browse on your computer during a break from work, do you end up feeling inspired or deflated?


May I suggest that this week you keep an eye on how you feel as you peruse your newsfeeds. I have found following and in particular interacting with those people or pages you find inspiring, interesting or meaningful can help make sure social media supports rather than hinders my wellbeing.
